Beginner Push-ups

Starting to exercise doesn’t have to be frustrating! 💪

 If you’re new to exercise or getting back into it after a break, starting simple is key.

 

One great way to ease into strength training is by doing knee push-ups. These are a modified version of traditional push-ups. They are easier on the body while gaining strength AND change your body shape with this simple but effective exercise!
